1. What is the maximum capacity? 72 people total
2. What is the maximum space available for a sit down reception? up to 72 people inside, 34-38 people outside
-Our indoor/outdoor space overlook eachother and the lake which work together as one large entertaining space
3. Is there parking available on site? 6 parking spaces and an additional 4 available for vendors or up to 12 parking spaces available if cars are parked in and an additional 4 for vendors
4. I need more than the parking spaces provided, is there off-street parking? Unfortunately, due to permit requirements, no off-street parking is permitted.
-Additional parking can be found nearby (parking lots are available within 1 mile)
-Host would have to arrange for a car/van/limo to shuttle guests from parking lot to the bed and breakfast for the event
5. What are the rates and what do they include? See below.
6. I need accomodations for family & friends, do you offer special rates for Full House Bookings? Yes, see bottom of page.
Small Get-Together: up to 24 people total
- $389/event day
- 1 night accomodation in 1 room of choice (up to 2 people).
- Complimentary Breakfast (up to 2 people).
- Private use of main area for event from 3pm-9pm or 6am-noon.
- Parking is conveniently located on-site.

OR $1289 to use inn for event day only (1 night instead of minimum 2 nights)
